ABOUT RETURN
Within 30 days from receipt of the order. For all unused items in their original packaging,customers have the right to request a return from us.
For non-quality problems, lf the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should beresponsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company youchoose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer isnot required to bear the shipping fee for this reason, when a return is required for the followingreasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
The package is returned for personal reasons, including but not limited , Don't liking the productRepeated purchases/wrong purchase/not needed after purchase/not as expected/inappropriatesize, color, etc.

The package is not delivered in time due to external factors (such as logistics/holidays) to requesta refund

HOW TO RETURN
Please do not return your product directly to us until you have contacted our customer serviceteam as this will affect the processing time of your return or exchange request
- Contact us at service@ijcoco.com to start returning. Comes with your order number,the name and quantity of the returned item, a picture of the package (whole package).
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send thepackage.
- We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package, and the refund will beissued to the same payment method as your original order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
